By 2050, the number of people in the U.S. age 65 and over will swell to almost 90 million, about twice the current population. We’re ready to help!

Founded in 2023, with a mission to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized care, Green Mountain Total Care is a locally owned, woman and minority led Vermont agency serving older adults and families throughout our community.

One of our co-owners began her journey as a caregiver, and that hands-on experience continues to shape how we care for our clients and support our team today.
